In 2004, the Electric Building, a historical landmark in Jackson, underwent a total renovation to its original 1930 facade. The interiors of the office building were redesigned as a multi-use facility offering upscale offices and housing. The top two floors were turned into luxury apartments with amenities and services equivalent to those offered at affluent boutique hotels. A roof-top terrace offers views of St. Andrews Episcopal Cathedral, the Governor's Mansion, and the State Capitol Building.
